Default FM radio frequency conflicts?

Hey All.
The recent RC show Susan and I attended was our first with her truck and our first FM radio. The show is not large, with only a handful of guys and yet we had a conflict between her radio and when 1985kenworth was driving his cab over KW. Once we realized the conflict we made sure both were not running at the same time.
My concern is, what happens at a big show like Indy? I was there last year but my truck is 2.4. What is the proper etiquette and procedure when you bring a FM radio to a show? We don't want to be the cause or victim of a " truck gone wild " and just want to prevent any issues.

Not sure this is the right place for this question? Just looking for an explanation. Thanks all.

Mario
