GEE PA! Never seen one of these before!

Looks quite interesting, that's for sure. To me, it looks like some sort of futuristic container carrier. It must pick up containers under it's belly, and then transfer them to a different location. I'm guessing the cylinders are either suspension, or they change the configuration of the machine so it can walk over the top of the containers, lower down, then latch on, and lift them up.
