It's an awesome video. Something tells me that would be illegal in the states, probably get a huge fine from OSHA for making him operate it or some stupid thing.
If you look carefully it has some extra stuff on it for the stunt. Other than the obvious attachment plate, there is also some hooks inbetween the tracks that hook on to the tower as well.
