well i'm not really being cheap i was more farming ideas. i think i am going to go hydraulic. i do like the damper idea and the gear drive gear thing is kind of big i have used one on a camera turn table. but more i look at the loader more hydraulic is popping to the top of my head. sorry if i'm being annoying but i tend to debt ideas, just a habit from working in a artsy sign shop
