Thanks a lot Brian.

Working with this small stuff is SO much easier using copper rather than aluminum! It still takes some patience but solder is way more forgiving. Anyway, I was in the shop at 6:30am today so that I could work on this before I started on customer stuff. I think the guard turned out looking good and I am looking forward to using the copper sheet again when I do the shutters.
