Default Re: JBC limited NZ

had a day off due to the flu so spent a few sneaky hours in the shed.
plans have changed again.

my original set up needed a small modification because Im cheap, I didn't want to spend the best part of $300 on a 10 foot length of chain.

so Ive cut off the track set up , mounted motors at the back of the crusher for the track drive.

Have also shortened the length of the tracks, makes it look a little more scale next to the excavator and loader.

I have had to order a couple of motors so cant do much more to get it running until they turn up but can make a start on body panels and finish of tracks.

I will fit 5 or 6 5mm bearings for the crusher tracks to run on and a couple up top to take up a bit of slack.

But the first thing I want to do is make the front half that will hold up the out feed conveyor, nothing too flash but I will fit a winch so I can raise and lower the conveyor.

more time spent in the shed and it still looks the same

cheers andy
