Easiest one to get a hold of and is ac/dc is the Hitec 4x plus but it's a little higher then your budget: http://www.greathobbies.com/producti...od_id=HIT44167
You can get a hobbyking kind of version but it's dc only so you'd need to get a power supply to use it.

Thanks for the info bud. If you promise me this will be the last charger I'll ever need then it's worth the cash.
I should have been smart instead of cheap when I started in this hobby. This will be my 4th upgrade in battery chargers I've already spent that much on cheaper ones and should have just got one of these in the first place!

Yes get the HiTec it is worth it and I as well as most of the guys I know have one.

I got this exact charger from the bst on this here forum a yr ago... works awesome! Left side of the charger I have programed for 3s & the right side is 4s; and most everyday there's atleast 3 batts being charged simultaneously.
