Good Morning folks,
sorry for the delayed answer, but it´s kinda hectic before the holidays. I just can´t get any spare time. If I´ll ever meet the wise guy who said "better to much work than none", I´ll have some serious words with him ... ![]() Once again thanks for the kind words. Some weeks ago the first aloy parts of the second trailer arrived. They´re already assembled and got the first coat of paint to see how the chosen colour looks. Here´s the only pic I´ve got right now. ![]() I hope I´ll be able to post some more after xmas. @Lorenzo: At the moment there´s no end-switch. The chain is stored on springs, so there´s no possibility of damaging the motor. At the end I´ll install one for sure. The brass chain I found here. http://www.steba.org/elkat/ The first tests were OK. I´ve produced a "haspelrad" for it, just like the original. I´ll post a pic soon. Still I´m not sure if the chain can handle the weight without bending. bye Ulrich |
