No i haven't tested the pump yet .. 1.6 cc pump delivered was around $160 and motor $100 from memory . I had an old speed controller so i will be using throttle mixing on each hydraulic channel - to maintain a constant speed whether one or all 4 cyls are used -- thats the theory anyway
Hoping to get the valve this month if time at work permits.
Cyl volume is about 200ml for all 4 . So if i want to fully extend all 4 in about 5-7 seconds .. Lets say 6 seconds at 200ml means around 2 liters per minute needed = around 1500 rpm at the pump max to give 2.4 liters . Using a 3:1 reduction belt and 12 v at the brushless motor with 560 kv means 6720 divided by 3 =2240 peak pump rpm So really only need 3/4 of the rpm available - wow that was more confusing than what i had in my brain
