Chris,I use JB weld, plates & screws.

Z/C,I use a scroll saw to make most of my cuts.

First have to make sure you mark it properly,Yu know,measure twice & cut once.




There's a reason I show the bees wax in the first pic.Also the main thing is not to force feed it,Let the saw take what it wants & it won't wander all over.
