New gears arrived today, just in time for tear down for paint. Ihave 144:1 reduction and with these new gears I can change to 108:1 That might be a little closer to scale speed. Also can go to 81:1 (or 96:1) but I think that will drastically drop my torque and be too fast.
  Paint time, was going to go with new cat yellow but I have several cans of old cat yellow. Oh well it will match the fleet  .
