I managed to get the paint job done during the Thanksgiving break and put it all together for testing. There is one back stop missing.
Here it is fitted with the fixed jib:    And here the luffing jib:    Here it is lifting a test load of 14 lbs:   And here with only 7 lbs:  Kerst
