It's nice to see more unique builds that don't need a machine shop.
For the first set of frame spacers, you could run a longer screw through both top and bottom sides of channel to either a nut or tap one side of frame. (Yes, use them to build a second truck...)
You might also want to look at the WPL leaf spring upgrade kits that use real hangars and shackle.
