That's gonna be a sharp truck! I'm really digging where this one is going.
With that stance, it looks like the cab protector might be pretty close to the cab?
For what it's worth, I can't say the originals of that style cab were ever perfect & wrinkle free stampings. At least by going new you didn't need to fix sandbox dents, and grind or blast rust with that one. In addition to the grille rake angle, I think they also thinned out the cab roofs B-pillars.
