Thorteenster, I can answer your question.
The bottles you have to buy seperate, and I thought of doing this also. It prolly wouldn't take much modification to make it work. As far as the outlets, I believe they come with the bottles. And btw, each bottle is sold seperatley, and outlets go in the wedico tool boxes. Go to www.gardentrucking.com, and go to trailer acsesseries. Hope this helps, Big John
