this is a fine-tuning for the neutral position of your trim for the horn and 5th wheel operation . This will also effect your engine-shut-down and lights .
Just set it up as descript on page 6 of the manual.
So far I don't remember ever had to mess with it , at least by the radio-systems I use , JR / Futaba and Spektrums it did work right from the get go .

If you get confused with Tamiya's channel descriptions ( since there manuals are written for transmitter stick-mode 4 and here in the US we use mainly stick-mode 2 )
