Check out crawler innovations for the new closed cell 2 stage foam he sells. It will support the wieght of the rig yet still allow some confomity to the surface.

Thanks for the link but he didnt have any 2.2 tire foams but the site gives me an idea maby more like it.

Double Duece foams are 2.2 foams if that is what you are after. He has them in various hieght and widths.

well if your using the stock foam with any kind of weight , I'm not supprised I thought of using rtv silicon in my mack I just didn.t get to it yet . check alumilite for casting silicon . I'll get you a link if you need .
