The eaton air line that I use is rated for around 300 psi working pressure and 1200 psi bursting stength. I was playing with the pump and boom cylinders on my excavator before I had a relief valve and mistakenly bottomed out the cylinders. Before the pump stopped turning I seen the gauge to just over 40 bar(close to 600psi). The hose was fine but I have a plastic Y fitting in line and it blew it apart! I'm not sure how long it would last at that much pressure but I'm running 30 bar(435psi)+ with no issues.
