Looks great Joe a true work of art for sure. I think what Steve is saying will work or the dirt in the pan. It looks in the video that there is more resistance in the cylinder for the gate then on the crowd.. Springs holding it back or a valve block restricting the oil flow to the crowd should fix the issue.
