Just an update of the wheel system. I turned the rims from delron and on the back made it one rim with a two tire bead.

To hold the wheels on I embedded 3/16" rod into the hubs with epoxy to drive the rims.

picture of rim from front and rear.

A couple of shot with the painted and installed rims.

Ive also started on the cylinders and here's the first results.

When I get a little further along with the cylinders I'll post some more pictures.
Thanks for looking.
Rob

Rob!! I am trying to dually the rear just like you. looking at options. I am now considering getting new rear rims 3d printed. Do you have the specs of the super wide rim you made? or was there a file you used? I'm assuming you turned them manually, but not sure. Any help with measurements would be great!
