I have found that if the in-feed angle is less than 45 the dirt has trouble moving down the shoot. On mine I didn't want to raise the the shoot and increase the angle so I added a couple of :bumps: on the drum. As it rotates it hits the bumps which sends vibrations through the unit which in turn shakes the stubborn dirt down into the drum. It also sounds a bit more "machine like" with a steady rhythm to it.

Hey Chris, I tried it yesterday and had the same issues, I tried the shute made from cardboard just for the test. I think I will try and find a couple of vibrating units from the MFU and mount them under the drum and on the out feed of the conveyor. I have used these on the hopper with great success.
