Nathan ..the water is for the Brakes ..Most of the logging shows here are quite high in these mountains and I have seen grades over 12%..Some of these roads a re very scary and most have no room for trucks to pass side by side ..They are always in radio contact to make sure they are in pullouts for the loaded to pass by ..Very impressive to have one drive by you full speed and fully loaded ..
