I might add that diffrent trailers tend to differ in length depending on the use and vintage.

Late model interstate .....flat bed trailers tend to be 48' where van trailers often are 53'

80's vintage you would see everything from 40' -45' and 48'

Dump trailers are normally short due to limited capacity because of weight.....24'-35'
