My CAT's Issue
Thought I would share this as I have been told this coupler does not break often. It is the rubber piece between the motor and the pump.
Garden Trucking had one and got it out to me and now working fine. |

Re: My CAT's Issue
I would think there is an alignment or vibration issue... Also just wondering if there was much oil or lube in the area and that killed it?
Weird... They are from Leimbach, and I have the coupler in both the 966 and the skip truck. Both of mine are aok(last I looked) after 100s of hours use. AP |

Re: My CAT's Issue
I bought the digger used, not sure what the problem was, it looked like it had some years on it. Jammer was a great help with getting to the bottom of the problem. Just figured I would post it on here as Rick from Garden Trucking even said it was a rare thing.

Re: My CAT's Issue
So new hose arrives, new oil in system, and then fitting on boom cylinder leaks, try to take it apart and the banjo screw breaks in half. I just wish I could run this thing with out something breaking or leaking!!!
