Nice work, Fired up. What sort of metal working equipment do you have at your disposal? Even if you don't think your dozer is quite as detailed as some others, I think it looks great. Just shows that sometimes you don't necessarily need a lot of fancy CNC equipment to make a nice functional model.

For window glass, you could always go with some clear, thinner acrylic plate, or maybe some polycarbonate / lexan sheet, cut to size. Maybe make some gaskets out of sheet styrene to hold the 'glass' in place (sandwiched between the cab walls) on both sides, or maybe an aluminum window frame on the inside of the cab wall, slightly smaller then the window opening itself, so that the glass can be glued into that resulting window pocket with a clear drying canopy glue for models.
