Just saw some new pics of this loader. Is it just me? Looking from this angle this thing has a very very low ground clearance

Great for ground rubber on a cement floor maybe. I understand why they probably did this but that's not much ground clearance. It will be constantly dragging it's belly that's for sure.

Never realized that low ground clearance. It looks good painted though. There's more pictures on their Facebook page.

But doesn't the bucket move and level the dirt so the ground clearance wouldn't matter ? Just a question . I looked at there site Sunday and its out of stock I'll go look again

Magom got the Jung pump, but keep in mind that the motor/tank/ is Magom's own set-up (cheap) and will not perform as good as the same Jung pump delivered with Premacon or Fumotec set-up...This Jung pump is prepared for fare larger machines than this loader and would probably be needed to be tuned down to 10-20% of max performance, if at all manage to fit it in the machine

That is a good question. I own a magom track loader,1/16 bruder conversion and it just makes it into the dump truck. Being that the metal version is 1/14 scale it should be high enough.

Joe the one they show for sale is 900

900 what?
The numbers I see stamped on the Jung pumps is 4001, which is 0,15ml/rev, 4002 is 0,30ml/rev, 4003 is 0,45ml/rev... they go higher volume yet, but I don't know the serial #'s or values. Anything more than 4002 - 0,30ml/rev is over kill for these little models with small bores & short strokes, especially if direct drive then 0,15ml/min would be sufficient. I think 380 - 420ml/min is the correct flow rate for these small models.

It's the HR-7 / 4003. Magom does not use a reduction transmission, to keep cost down, installed a oversized motor in order to reduce the rpm. But I personally think it runs higher at full speed than the recommended 3-4000 max rpm for the pump. Too small tank (50-100 ml, vs Premacon 500 ml), no good cooling of the oil, which then more quickly gets hot and start foaming. Magom got much nice suff now, as the tracked loader, but they still got some way to go concerning their pumps, IMO.

I started with that pump in my Fumotec 490, it was like operating a pneumatic system, too fast - kinda springy movements. I put that pump in my JD850 & with it's much larger cyl bores, it's perfect speed, especially on the twin 18's lifting the boom. I doubt Magom pays any attention to this forum, so my words are meaningless... ![]()
