Default Gooseneck

Hey guys, working on a gooseneck lifting mechanism, built one some ten, fifteen years ago and totally forgot how I did it . Can anyone direct me to a built link, the ones I found, showing action only and not actual mechanics of how it lifts the trailer.
Thx
