Aircraft paint stripper is good stuff to, spray it on and watch the paint/crap bubble off after only a couple minutes. Stuff eats right through rubber gloves!

I was going to try and save you from yourself Brandon and suggest you leave the trailer as is but then I thought, that would cause Reg to have a heart attack when all that extra work he did just so it could be polished didn't happen so....
![]() ![]() Which reminds me, have you been eating right and exercising regularly Reg? How's the blood pressure? What's your mental state?..... ![]() ![]() ![]() And that folks is the most kick a** trailer you will ever see! I can spot Steves wheels from a mile away, in less than a second. They are second to none hands down. Last edited by Supermario; 04-23-2016 at 12:17 AM. |

Hahaha thanks Mario
![]() Reg what size socket did you use to tighten those tiny bolts with ? I see there's two different size bolts both very small. |

The bolts are 2-56 and 0-80 thread but I'm not sure of the head sizes. I made my own socket drivers using socket head bolts.

Looks like those guys only have metric although they sure have some small sizes! I get the SAE bolts from Micro Fasteners and I think this tool kit would do the trick. https://www.microfasteners.com/wrset...et-wrench.html

I think they are metric. The link I posted before was for fractional sizes. You might get the bolts out using the head on one of the 3mm metric bolts. I think that's the same deal as the 0-80.

Haha boy do I feel like a dumbass!...didn't realize you used 3 different tiny bolt head sizes. So small hard to see a difference looking at them. Wrenches work on 2 bolt heads out of the 3. The tiniest one's you used for like the shovel brackets it doesn't fit. No biggie I'll take my time working around it.

Should only be two different sized bolts? 2-56 and 0-80. Unless you are also referring to the nuts which are another size. Glad you are getting it figured out.
