I think they only have the two, the new yellow is more dark than the old. Probably been 10-12 years or more for the new paint.

I didn't want to touch the bed and sure didn't want to pick the dozer up next to it!!!
![]() Light is casting a shadow onto both of them and the tank only has one coat on it but you can see the difference in old cat yellow (tank) and new cat yellow (dozer can)

That's not it, that # would be Martin Kampshoff's stamp. The # I refer to is the # stamped right on the pump just above S P, it's sometimes very faint to see. The # on both these pumps is 4002 which is 0,30ml/revolution

Here is a suggestion to improve flow to your dump cyls, use 4mm fittings on the valve to a tee block, then 2,5mm fittings from tee to cyls. The 4mm fittings on valve need to be filed down to screw into place, just leave enough flat spot to snug with a wrench.

![]() ![]() First coat on the frame. Joe the number on pump is 4002. Now that I have everything apart I'm going to open things up a bit try and make bigger hose work and open up the fittings some. I'm feeding both those big cylinders with one valve and 4mm hose. Doesn't make much difference if I up the rpm on pump so I'm pretty sure it's a restriction issue with all the small fittings and hose. Thanks joe ![]()

What's the pressure set to? Higher pressure will dramatically increase flow... 250psi would be bout right.

Looking at the gauge now I think I was only running 100-125 psi, around 10 bar. So plenty of room to up the pressure,,,

![]() ![]() Swapping out one of the 4:1 planets for a 3:1, increasing speed some. Trying to get up to 30 mph (1:1 scale) speed. Forget if I ever greased the other two planet gears, well it's apart so might as well clean and regrease. So I should end up with tranny being 3:1,3:1,4:1 then diff being 3:1 gearing reduction.

Yup that pretty much is it, for the d11 and haul truck I did also purchase (off eBay) a shop manual. It shows some parts to get better idea of how they fit and work. My plans are just number jotted down on a notepad and some rudimentary hand sketches. But I have it all thought out in my head

That's a great idea I seen the model toy but the shop manual would be really helpful. Can't wait to see it once it's all together.
