Exclamation HELP!!!

Trying to get truck fininshed for Indy and have run into a problem. Installed MFU and am planning to run Lipos in it. Installed voltage stop to protect the batteries. Programmed both the MFU and voltage stop per instructions. Hook up battery and turn on per instructions. Truck starts up normally and then goes into shutdown mode within 30 seconds. Have checked batteries and they are OK. Does anyone have any ideas?????

I don't have an answer for you. Your post did make me think of the huge write up on Lipos in the trucks though that Paul wrote, and that would be a good reference post here as well.

Hello Lynn ,
Don’t mess with it !
No need for it ! as long you just run a 2S Lipo ( 2 cell )
The Truck MFU ( as well the tank MFU’s ) shut down anyways when the voltage is to low ! Forgot what the actual cut-off voltage is , but it’s somewhere between the 5 volt and 6 volt under load , which is safe for the Lipo’s .
A lot of us been running Lipo’s in there tanks in Danville without any Lipo-protection ,
and it works just fine .
As soon your truck ( or tank ) starts to shut down , means your Lipo is down to the minimum charge
