I also turned down 2 more comfortable stickgrips for my radio, turned out pretty good, im all new to machining parts, i wanted to make them a little concave where i hold my fingers, but i couldnt figure out how to make it concave on the manual lathe, very hard to turn it even over the whole part, any tips?

I am also a "backyard machinist" and I probably would grind a tool to the shape I needed on the handles.
