Another Howdy from Nor-Cal
Gentleman,
I am very pleased to find this forum, The level of craftsmanship here is keeping speechless, I have been a Crane Rigger for 17yrs Here in Ca working the entire state for http://www.sheedycrane.com/ , Back in 2008 I feel while erecting a Boom section on a Liebherr 1400, I went 32" straight on my back and havent worked since. I miss my work VERY much and Thanks to you Guys, I can now bring alittle piece of my work home with me. I am now collecting material for my Fist 30 Ton fiction rig. Here's a pic. It was designed by a Iron worker to help aid in Dismantling Tower Cranes from Tall sky scraper's , But after awhile it proved to be more valuable then expected and became a Member of the fleet of Derick and Stiff leg Derricks in our Inventory.  Here is a pic of Us in the final stage's of erecting a Tower Crane in SF,

Wow, Rigger that is a nerve-racking job, I would probably pass out.
 Welcome aboard the S.S. RCTruckandconstructionForum. I can't wait to see your crane. What scale will it be?Also, are you in the picture? If so, which one are you?
