Default Pup box

I made up this little shorty tub today for one of my fellow Islanders. It's a close match to the dump body I built for him a while back so when he gets the truck and pup chassis done it will make a nice pair!

Nothing under this one yet Mario. I'm not sure what Lou has planned for a lift mechanism on either box I for built him. Maybe he will chime in on what he has planned.

If I can, I plan to be building a pup trailer RTR with screwdrive by the fall. I'm just trying to find a source for Tamiya style axles and suspension at a reasonable price and then i will build a prototype. A full length trailer is in the works right now.

Reg

Looks good Reg. Now Lou's going to have another project on the burner. Should be neat to see this setup at work. I may even get my excavator going to bash this pair around!!! You think they'll be running by July 12th?

Yep, he's got his hands full now Rob! You guys better keep him away from his new play area and in his work area. Oh well, at any rate you can try to bash the paint off of my Hayes in July!

Nice looking trailer. With your skills, why waste money on the Tamiya stuff? I'm sure you can make the parts yourself at a low cost

ya those tamiya rear suspension setups are not cheap.. almost worth buying a flat deck for the parts then to sell off the deck/etc to recoup costs.
