CAT

I am looking to paint one of my trucks in CAT colors, any idea where I can get the right color, and will it works on the plastic bodies?

You can get it at any CAT dealer and if you don't have one close I could get you some but it is not cheap and shipping can be tricky.

If it's CAT paint it will say CAT - it's a copyrited color ...... - Travis - correct me if I am wrong here ....

I found some at a local Cat dealer.

You are right Chris I think Cat or a Cat dealer is the only place to get it.

I found cat yellow at an ACE Hardware here in town it was'nt that expensive and i even found it on line here is the link:

You may be able to find some at your local HD truck dealership. I know many of them carry paints for engines.

All I can say is if you want CAT yellow go to CAT to get it. At the dealership I work at some of our customers have tried some other suppliers of paint to try and save a buck and they ended up spending more in time and money removing the paints that did not match and repainting them with the actual CAT paint. Basically it was just a real mess before it was all over.
