I started to work on a flat bed with goose neck, any one can recommend a link with HOW TO make the goose neck mechanism?

So are you talking a lowboy? Im not following the flatbed part which would usually have the frame with a kingpin on it?
If a lowboy is what your after this is a simple solution

Yes low boy,was thinking with screw drive,similar to what you suggesting with your pictures. Was looking at FHHHSTIX design,but cant figure out the mechanism
