Default Scania T-Cab Heavy Haulage

Decided to build a replica of Thomas Herron & son, a local heavy haulage contractors Scania T-Cab.

I am using an EBH kit that i have had sitting on a shelf for the last seven years, only downfall is that some of the parts have become warped, so hence the elastic bands in the photo's.

With home made cut and shunt super single tires and rims.

Cab and side steps securely mounted.

Bonnet hinged.

Couldn't get any diesel tanks close enough to the size i needed so made my own. One scratch built and the other is two Tamiya tanks joined together and shortened.

Also got the rear fenders fitted.

Noel.

The progress continues,
Started into fitting the air deflectors, got the side ones fitted ok but not to sure how to attach the top one. Any ideas or photo's of how they are attached ?

Next i made the tool box and the tray for holding shackles and chains etc,.

Also got the exhausts fitted, still need to make diagonal braces for them.

A few little odds and ends to finish off then it will be time for some paint.
Noel.

I really like this - not only unique but very intersting! Didn't know there was such a kit available.

The EBH cabs looks so much better and more scale then the tamiya scania, will be following this one.
