What type of glue is safe to use on my cab?

I cut the sleepers off of my 3 Tamiya Truck (Aeromax, King, and Knight Haulers). So now, I am getting ready to put on the back wall of the cabs so I can send the to paint. The cabs are new unpainted.

Yeah, I got it. Thanks. I was just answering his questions, as well as trying to see what other options others my have. And the reason for that is that I tried to order it from Tower Hobbies as can't mail it out to me. They can only send in using ground shipping. And I life in the Virgin Islands. So, they can air mail it to me, and ground shipping takes 4-6 weeks (usually more) and does not offer track.

Due to the chemical make up of the glue, is why the can't air mail it to me.

Do they have model car glue on the island? Sorry not familiar with what's there, if you can get Testors model car glue it would work.
