Hi Stuart,

Those ramps look the business, are you going to operate them manual or are you planning an electric or hydraulic system?

Thank you Steph, I'm going to try hydraulic, I've ordered some rams to try but they may be a bit big in diameter will have to wait and see....

Thank you and yes your right, it could do with a stretch, maybe in the future, at the moment I'm trying to get it ready for our clubs expo in June.

Here's the first one:

Now I need to decide on whether to put the pump and valves on the truck or trailer, pros and cons for both...

Nice machining. You have a promising machinist helping you! I would put the pump on the trailer as Cossett suggests.

That is some nice work there! Way above my skill level! Must have been a trifle difficult to get the supports for the rotating lights so exact.

I guess you are going to run the electrical cables through the support?

Started on the equipment rack, decided to put the pump and valves on the truck, the 3mm pipe seems very flexible so we'll see how it turns out, waiting on quick couplers now...

Hi Stu. Great idea to stuff the hydraulics in there, this is going to look really neat once finished.
