Default Eagle Loader question

I got a question about my loader. There is a hydraulic hose right were the loader pivots. I noticed that there was some oil dripping out when I was moving some snow the other day. I have a picture of the hose.

It's a vent hose only, when your loader tips to much to that side it will drip.
