Default Hello from Germany

Hello Guys,

My Name is Martin and I´m from Germany

I am 44 years old and i am already interested in Trucks since my youth.

Please be careful with me, because my english is realy bad ;D - only the "normal School English" - and by the way: "What´s Gramatik?"

Because my Pocket Money already was relatively small, a Truck of the companies Wedico or Tamiya was only a dream for me. So i only have to build Plastic Model Kits from the company Revell.

Now I make my own money and I have now 3 Trucks in my possession.

My first Truck is a Unimog U300 of the company Dickie, which I converted only on a proportional remote control. The original chassis from Dickie remained, whereby only the rear Differenzial became closed:

I´m sorry but at the Moment i only have this smal Picture

My second Truck is a Tamiya Volvo FH12, which is converted at present and gets a King Hauler Cab as Daycab:

This is a photo of my Tamiya Vovo FH12 before it be converted

Here you can see the way i go. I have still many work to do, but i thing it is the right way

Third is a Mack Granite Dumper (driving cab of Bruder) on a Tamiya King Hauler chassis. This was converted on all-wheel drive (6x6).

So i say hello to all users of this Forum

Hi Papabaer, welcome to the forum, do not worry about the language to much, I think you got your point across very well. Pictures are worth a 1000 words.

Nice trucks

Hello Papabaer. I like where your King Volvo is going. Do you run sound units with your rigs? Do you have more details of your Granite 6x6 dumper? Post up a build thread. Your english is very good.

Thank´s a lot Guys that makes hope

@ mototodo
i don´t have sound units in my rigs, because i like an original cabine and so there isn´t enough place for the sound unit with speaker in the daycabs of the King and the Mack.

The Mack is a normal King Hauler chasis with an converted 3 way original Tamiya Transmission (converted 3 way to 2 Way all-wheel drive). The front axle is from a Tamiya Ford F350. If i found the pictures of building i open a build thread
