Default RCP's 2018 so far...

Hello all, I don't post much over here anymore as Facebook and Instagram are much easier platforms to use while reaching a larger audience. Having said that, this place will always be where I got my original motivation and start in the hobby so I thought I would post a few pictures to show what I've been up to so far this year. It's been a busy one so far with very few days away from the shop/business. I'd like to say thank you to everyone that has been keeping the ball rolling for me!

Take a look. I have some new projects on the horizon as well including a hand made dump bed kit for the King Kong RC truck which should be available soon...

King hauler dump bed

Tilt deck tag trailers

Half round dump trailers

I made quite a few more bumpers

This unique beauty took a little more time but turned out great!

A run of walking beams.(I still have some left)

I then started on the prototype bed for the King Kong RC truck while some trailers were at the powder coating shop

The trailers came back from coating so I had a lot of assembly to do.

That's where I'm at so far. I have two more half round trailers on the bench as well as a dump box. Then I'll be working on another trailer and the King Kong truck... Stay tuned!

Nice work Reg. You make a very nice product. I got to load some of your boxes this year at the Cabin Fever Expo. I don't go on the face page so I never see all builds.

Thanks a lot guys! It's been a busy year so far. I suspect it will slow down soon as people begin to go on summer holidays and stuff like that. I'll take the work while I can get it though!

Hi Jim, thanks for the compliment. If you look down a little ways on my vendors page you will see that I built a gravel train a little over one year ago. It was a lot of work!lol Turned out nicely though I think.

No it was silver/black. It is like building 2-3/4 trailers so the price is up there. I think I built the last one for around $3500USD if I remember right. Might be a bit more as material costs have gone up since then.

I did end up splitting it up due to the length but keep the option to reconnect. Plus the it was always hit or miss

Gotcha. Need a lot of flat space for that unit.
