Yes you are seeing double, the third machine is in the parts bucket.
Some reverse engineering needs to be done as about 6 months of programs have been erased from the CNC mill.
Below is from many moons ago

Man! That just kills... the guy that erased the programming, did he offer any reasonable explanation? The time & money lost, I'd be shortening up his pay for a long while. Hopefully you guys can get it back quickly & easily.

Is the program actually stored on the mill or on a computer attached to mill? The files will still be on there if not overwritten.

The program was on a USB stick, I think it has or will go to a data recovery provider to try and recover the info.

Hey Joe good news, the USB stick was taken to a data recovery service and the lost programs have been retrieved at just under $200.00.

This weekend I took the model down to the club meet for show and tell as the other members haven't seen the progress in the flesh and couldn't resist the chance to put the speed controller back in for a play in the house.

Wow! The D11s are all looking really good. The one in your video runs so smooth too. All around, this is one very well designed, machined, and built model. I'm glad you were able to recover the files. That way you'll be able to produce some more of these beauties!

Superb! Have seen it on your youtube channel, but missed a lot of the build thread
Great stuff, and great to see you get to build more of them - makes the work put into the digital design even more useful! (Glad you got the files back, what a nightmare!)

It been a while, still working on the blade and a few more bits. The cylinders are now remade in brass.

Trying to find a good tube bender for the rails, using S/Steel any suggestions?

!!!!!!!!!!!! Now that makes my mouth water!!!!!! The last picture of thouse cylinders!!!!!!!!!!

How about just using solid stock for the rails? Then you don't have to worry about a collapsed bend. It's a pain in the butt, but for bending these small diameter tubes in ss and brass I've found it easier to make my own concave bending wheels. There are a lot of hand benders and nice tools but few of them bend a tight radius our modes need without having a pile of "spare" parts . And the more I look at it the more I have to say the undercarriage on your machines are outstanding!!

Thanks Cooper,
The material for the rails is solid ss and a jig has been made from a couple of bits of flat bar and a roll pin to bend around. The hard part is getting a consistent radius.

Here is a bender that might work. You could probably make this-http://www.micromark.com/universal-bender,8229.html

Great build looking at it you would think it's the real thing until you see something in the background that let's you know it's a scale model
