After finishing all the work I realized, that the bowding cables are having to much curves, it's not working easily. So a complete redesign was needed. In addition, the hinges are too flexible, the door is hanging down when it's open.
So I started to design new hinges.                And that's it after the complete redesign      That's it for today, tomorrow I will show pictures showing the build of the grill.

 WOW!!! Your styrene and brass work is out of this world. And the cable and hinge design is fabulous.  Can't wait to see more updates, you are doing a fantastic job.Big John
