Smile bleeding hydrlic lines on bucket on 870 k

what is best method to bleed hydrolic lines to raise and lower and dump the bucket just want to see.the cylinders to raise the arms move maybe 1/8 " and stop and when you dump the bucket it moves realy slowly but it works also i had it raise and lower alot better after i worked it for awhile but next day not so much lol

so i have the front hydro cylinders raised to the max should i remove return lines to a holding tank and turn pump on til i get flow comming out of top outflow of cylinder then attach the hose again i think that should clear lines i think
