Default Dimension for Trailer Builders

While searching for dimensions on trailers I came across this index of dimensions for Rogers Trailers. It is simply a list, so you have to know the trailer type you are looking for. Most of them are availble in PDF or PNG.

Here is an example of the PNG:

So total noob question, I apologize in advance, but with out using any type of program how do you guys scale down the measurements and what not for trailers and tractors
