Default rc4wd 870k loader

I see now rc4wd is now offering the Eagle 870k loader again. Is this an improved V.2 version? It costs slightly more than the V.1.5 they sold before.

funny i was here to ask the same question. I've heard about the axel troubles and was wondering if this has been worked out. All the videos i find on the 870k are over a year old. thanks in advance

I emailed the main guy,his name is Tang from Eagle machine and informed me that they have only been selling new versions for well over a year and they addressed the differential issues on previous versions. The RC4wd ones are the same as buying from Eagle except they do not have a sound module in them. This is what I was told from Tang.

So the loader from rc4wd does not come with sound module but the same one from Eagle does come?
What's the price difference between them?

Keep in mind prices change alot, but at the time I was inquiring "Early November 2016" there was a 200 dollar price difference between the RC4WD and direct from Eagle. RC4WD was cheaper because they shipped without the sound module.

I was also informed it is not possible to get these loaders without a radio system. They come ready to run only. Just thought I would throw that in as well because that was my main concern.

I got one of the first version from Tang and had the diff issues , but easily fixed, the service was second to none , he also sent new upgraded diffs to me for free, and will one day get the dozer direct from eagle .
I have dealt with rc4wd in the past and wasn't overly impressed.

cheers andy

I would not hesitate to send Tang a email, he is very easy to converse with and always seems to reply within a day. He has answered all of my questions and I have not purchased anything from him, yet.

Good job with the painting of the above pictured. Must agree that the loader looks better with the bright yellow color, than the rather 'lame' original yellow)

i don't have first hand info regarding what's possible been done. Just think the yellow on that picture looks brighter than the 'yellow-brown' we are used to see on the pictures of the model. If it's repainted, or the photo/light conditions fools us, or the fabricator uses different color tones, I'm not the one to tell

cheers guys,
um no I didn't redo the yellow , its how it came but I did give it a polish with some cutting compound, painted the black with a cheap spray can and made up the decals.

Man, that is a beaut Clark. Can't go wrong dealing with Tang. When I had 4200 issues through rc4wd he couldn't help me direct, but let me know that he would do all he could if things went south with rc4wd. I ended up getting things resolved through rc4wd but will go through Tang here on out (JD-98 on the way.)

I wonder if this loader will ever come on sale like the excavators do.

The only time I've seen them on sale was at 5% discount on Eagle's aliexpress store. Only reason the excavator version 2.0 is on sale is to liquidate the old stock since the new model is out.
