Chris,I hope they hold,There 10mm pistons.Hopefully won't have to run real high pressure.
Greg, try it on your taps,Makes for a smoother thread.
What a pain in the butt to get this drive shaft in. It took me like 2hrs.

You can't fit a fleas butt between the shaft & outrigger housing.

But I got'er!
Thanks for lookin!

Freddy - best to drop some of the quick connects. On my IH I took a pc board to make a multi channel y adapter - didn't have room for those pesky long y adapter harnesses

Gonna fit an MFU?

Brel, the plate is from PMD,They'll be on the venders forum very soon.
Larry, you aint gunna see what's under the sand paper, unless you come here & I show you.
Chris, Thanks for the advise.
Managed to get a little done, the out riggers work via the motor. Still need to make some changes. But,for just putting together,I'm not going to complain. At least it's only small changes I need to make.
Here's a quick vid of the movement of the out riggers. Not using the radio, just touching the wires together.

Now the next vid is done via the radio. Don't have the rest of the hydraulic parts yet,so can't raise the boom yet. But! The rest works!

Every thing needs grease, but not till after it is painted.
Man,git the hydraulics workin! & I'm not going to know how to act.
Thanks for takin a look!

those outriggers on neat Freddy. @We just finished hooking hydraulic lines to ours toady on the 60 Ton. Gotta put the arms in and feet on tomorrow and hope to have most of the hydraulics running. Got about 40 gallons in it now. Prolly gonna take another 50 at least. Now I just have to remember to take my camera with me next time.

Thats an awesome boom truck Freddy! It seems to have no problem at all yanking that weight around. I'd be interested in seeing what it can do with the boom sucked in and raised all the way, once you get the hydrauilics installed, thats where you get your max chart.
