New here
Hello from Austin, Tx.
I am new here, not new to driving trucks. I have been a professional driver for 18 years and wow has the industry changed. I found this site while looking up radio control trucks. I don't have one yet. I plan on buying the Grand Hauler and making a custom Pete 389. I am going to custom build a 53' Great Dane Reefer trailer. I already have been working on the reefer unit for it for it was going to be the most tedious to build. Currently I am about 90% finished with it. I go by the handle Spanky out on the road. Might as well call me that here too. My name is Jerry if anyone don't know what a handle is. It's not the handle you buy at the hardware store for and old hammer. haha. Anyhow. I have seen some of the builds, mods and custom work others have done. Awesome work. I have respect for those of you who love and enjoy the hobby as much as the career aspect of it. Look forward to meeting you all, sharing build ideas, and highway adventure stories. Lord knows we have some stories to tell about our travels.
