Default Wide SS Rear Rims

Hi guys, this is my first post on RC Truck and Construction so I hope I have put this in the right place, it will be the first of a thousand questions I have!!

For my first build I am planning a 4x4 dual cab scania fire appliance, having looked at lots of pictures of proper off road 4x4 scanias I have noticed they run a single rear wheel on each side instead of duals.

Does anyone know if their is a wide type super single rear rim available?

Cheers for any help!

Default Re: Wide SS Rear Rims

JBran, a couple suggestions would be make them out of rear duals that come in the kit, the pictures below shows how I did mine using a drill press and hobby saw. Even though mine were for SS's on a driven steer axle they would work on the rear axle just the same. I wanted painted wheels anyway so cutting them wasn't a problem.
If you want aluminum get a hold of Steve at IHB, he should be able to fix you up with a set.
