Default Twin Headlight Bezels

Hi All

below is a picture of my twin headlight Bezels
Made from Aluminium
Size: W 28mm X H 11mm X D 3mm
Tip: For the Lenses I have cut the original King Hauler Lenses in half and they fit perfectly.
With the LED I have used a short piece of 5mm ID tube glued to the back to hold the LED, I have also used a hot glue gun to mould a bucket around the LED, both work great

Mill Finish $10/Pair (no lenses or bucket, suits 5mm LED)
Polished Finish $15/pair (no lenses or bucket, suits 5mm LED)

Postage with these can be a registered letter, I will get a quote if you are interested.

Hi All

I am now offering an old school round twin bezel, same price as the square one

$15/Pair polished.

I will no longer offer the mill finish on these as they look half done in the mill finish so I will polish as std.

I will make a run of both today and then take a photo of each next to a rule so that you have a reference to size.

Cheers

Hi All

Here are a couple of photos showing the actual size against a steel rule and also the two LED's sitting in place.

I am thinking of making the round ones a little bigger, at the moment they are 22mm X 12mm, I am thinking 26mm X 14mm will be better.

They will look good on an Early White Road Boss or Western Star with the right Grill or a KW K124 and W900 with the old KW grill.........

Cheers

Hi All

If I can get a bit of feedback on this it would be great

I have been asked to do a set of light bezels for the single headlight type as seen on KW T950 or Western Star 4800/4900 series, the individual round type using two each side.

The outside dia. is 16mm, is this too big? it will fit the King Hauler headlight area ....just.... reason I did them so big was to take the std spot light lense.

if you think they are too big please let me know

cheers

Price Update:

All Light are now $20AUD per pair plus postage

I am also making the LED hole 3mm as STD, if you want 5mm it can be easily drilled out.
